A. Purchase Returns

  1. If a retail customer purchased the product directly from APR Performance and is not satisfied. with the item, the retail customer may contact APR Performance customer service to initiate a return process. it is the responsibility of the customer/ installer to verify the correct size and application of the parts before installation.
  2. APR Performance WILL NOT allow purchase returns on items that are not purchased directly from APR Performance.
  3. The customer has 15 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return process.
  4. All returns must  be freight prepaid and insured ( against loss or damage) with tracking number. No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted.
  5. Upon arrival at APR Performance and prior to purchase return approval, the following conditions must be met:
  • The item has not been damaged, internally or externally.
  • The item has not been installed or tampered with.
  • The original packaging must be intact and in resalable condition.
  • The hardware & accessories included in the original package must be present (additional charges will apply for missing items).
  • The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) # must be on the packaging.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee assessed upon return approval.
  • original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.


B. Return Process for all Purchase and Warranty Returns

i. Retail customers that purchased product from an Authorized Dealer/Reseller must contact their respective dealer/reseller to initiate the return process.

ii. Retail customers that purchased product directly from APR Performance may contact APR Performance Customer Service at (909) 594-3796 or to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When e-mailing for an RMA number, please include the following information: copy of the invoice, brief description of the problem, full name, return e-mail address (if different from the originating e-mail), shipping address, phone number and best time to call. Once an RMA number is received from APR Performance, it should be clearly marked on the outside of the box.

The following information must be included inside the box: A copy of the invoice, reason for return, name, phone number, and return address. Ship the return package to: APR Performance, Inc., Attn: RMA Department, 4850 Murietta St., Chino, CA 91710
